As many of you know, I began pottery classes last month. Here is what I created in the slab pottery class. Basically, you take clay, run it through a roller, texturize it, and then cut the clay into pieces to create things. The bowl was my first project, the cylinder vase, my second, and the teapot was the third (you can see that I haven't glazed it yet. I am now taking a wheel class. Those pieces are looking a little more traditional -- 2 bowls and a cylinder container. I will post photos of those in a few weeks after they are glazed.
